looking at the model and style i would say this backpack as been floating around since nazjatar days…
it looks so out of place with the current theme and a odd choice to release right now…
could be a desperate bid to try earn back lost revenue after a dreadful year…

It looks cute, they don’t care about the theme they know it’ll sell.
It is a clue for 10.0. Whilst we have been ‘away’ in the Shadowland Murlocs have taken over Azeroth. World of Warcraft: Mrrrggk N Uuua.

Same, I dropped like 2k€ on HS and 400€ on OW lootboxes, now I can’t even play HS standard with the cards I own unless I dust half of them to get just one deck and my OW account got permabanned sigh
Nowadays I’d never do that again, especially considering how they actually treat you, you’re not a customer, you’re just a money printing machine for them, they value their shareholders more than us.

It could have something to do with the next expansion. Murloc allied race confirmed!

yea i paid a fair bit out on HS when it was new as well… havent touched it since goblins and gnomes though… its nothing but a cash cow with the rate they pumped out expansions…
Irl card games will always be better than digital.
yea im too wise to fall into that cycle again now… but in the past so much wasted money on things which hold no value now.
Mount, boost and now this.

And you don’t have to buy any of it.
So what’s the problem?

The problem is that they added recolor mount for 17th anniversary and at the same time lot of cash sh1t to the shop including unique mount and toy in a what, month?
Love ur new look Tah.

You don’t have to participate in something to have an opinion about it.
Honestly if the prices for the mogs/mounts/services were half of what they are now I wouldn’t mind as much but 20€ for a mog or 30€ for one faction change like come on, it’s highway robbery.
If you look at the competition, namely FF14, entire mogs are like 8€.

I wouldn’t say 10 years, Legion had some of the best sets for cloth users, but the new store mog definitely beats anything BfA and SL has, hell it looks like they put more effort into designing this set than the 12 tier sets we will be getting in 9.2 combined.

Isn’t the issue that a lot of shop collectors (me included) are also gold collectors. I have never paid cash for an item (apart from my sub and my first copy of Legion) and I have almost everything on the shop.
The price is almost irrelevant to gold users which makes the price look good shareholders.
I get I am part of the problem. I’d never imagine paying £19 for a mount though if gold /bnet balance wasn’t a thing.
Or the Legion recolours we’re expected to earn in the rebooted Mage Tower…

But that just you, you can only assume people do the same as you but I can argue the opposite just the same. They don’t release that kind of info so we don’t know.
My guess would be that there’s way more people using real money than gold considering most players are poor ingame.

I agree which answers your original question, they sell at that price so there is no need to reduce it.
