As you all know this season isnt very good for warlocks pvp wise, but there are few who managed to get 2100.
Can you share what bracket, spec or comp is best to get 2100 for avarage lock player.

I hit 2100 in 2v2 very easily as Demonology. I believe Demo is very strong in 2v2 right now, can kill any class, is quite tanky and have decent tools under its hand to make the life hell for the opponent.
I personally play with an Rsham that plays with either the earth shield legendary or earth elemental legendary. Normally you would expect Warlocks to play with Rdruid or Hpriest for the stuns so you can get casts off on the DPS. But as Demo you don’t want your healer stuning the DPS, its just gonna DR your Felguard stun. Hence, I believe Rsham’s mana endurance (which is needed for dampening games) and strong assistance in damage is the best for Demo.
My talents are; Demonic Strength, Power Siphon, Demon Skin, Summon Vilefiend, Mortal Coil, Griomiore: Felguard, Demonic Consumption.
I play with the new Necrolord covenant legendary, Shard of Annihilation.
Your gos are basically the big Tyrant and power siphon + decimating bolt buffed instant demonbolts.

I play with a bm hunter, nearly the same spec as you, but I use the Dreadstalker talent. Maybe I should try demonic strength.
I’m close to getting 1700, but the bm is lacking gear(especially the weapon).

I can see most of you guys play demo with necrolord covenant. Dont think i will be able to swap covenants anytime soon, but once i get my conduit energy back i will definitely give demo a try.
Demonbolt with Decimating Bolt is the reason for necrolord.
And I love to be at least a bit tanky, the 28k from Fleshcraft is really good. Then Dark Pact 46k and no class can burst me in the first go.
I think if you play Demo with a Rsham with Earth ele leggo or destro with a hpriest is your best bet for 2s.
Otherwise I think the best bracket for lock is rbg unfortunately in this fast paced melee meta.
Played to 2.1k as necrolord destro since s1 with my IRL disc priest mate in 2s and it’s quite the struggle depending on what you face but you have a lot of options as destro too.
I highly recommend swapping out 3 gem slots for movement speed, and running the circle port finesse conduit is also mandatory. You give up ~1.5% in a secondary for 16% more movement speed baseline, which really makes a difference.
Depending on what you vs, you either go for the conflag legendary or if necrolord also the shards of domination one. Most people won’t see it coming when 3 consecutive incinerates blast them for 10-15k each and it’s especially good when they don’t have a purge ready.
Got 2.1 and have hold it since with destro/hpriest. I wanted to gough my eyes out over all the s key mistreating bm hunters but it is deffo possible.
I know the initial question is pretty old by now but the situation got worse with kyrian warriors (or warriors overall). Even if you foresee the future and pre rift stormbolts you will sometimes still die (been there, experienced that).
