Getting 3 second freezes on 2-5 minute intervals

Hello,

As mentioned on the title, for the past 4 months or so, whenever I do any group content that includes combat, once every 2-3 minutes my game is freezing for a couple of seconds, then goes back to normal, I suspect its some sort of a packet loss but not really sure. WinMTR and tracing results I shared down below seems like theres something wrong with the third EU address (185.60.114.159) but I’m not sure

Here are some other facts:

-My FPS is completely fine at all times. (160 FPS in Valdrakken, 90-100 inside of dungeons and raids). I’m using a high-end computer (32GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 4070ti, Ryzen 7 7800X3D)

-I frequently did speed tests for the last couple of weeks, and its stable at the expected value every time I ran it (200 Mbps)

-This hasn’t been happening in any other game that I play, nor am I losing connection to Discord voice channel during those 3 second freezes that happen in WoW. The situation seems to be specifically unique to WoW

-I am never getting disconnected from the server, never experienced a client crash either

-All of my drivers are up to date

-I am not getting any in-game script errors or bugs (using BugSack addon to test this). Also tested to see if any weakauras are causing high cpu or memory usage, it doesn’t seem to be the case.

-My MS is usually fine (playing at 50 MS), it does sometimes spike a bit, but I’m not sure if its necessarily related to this issue, because often the freezes happen while my MS is at playable values (<100) and it stays at the same value afterwards.
