Getting back to the entrance of dungeons

Currently I am doing many old dungeons and raids for achievements.
ONe thing thats bothering me is that once I completed the dungeon its not possible to just get back to the entrance quickly. In some cases its not possible at all to get back and I even have to use the heartstone to get out of the dungeon.
Do I miss something? is there a reliable way to always get back to the entrance of the dungeon`?

Bonus Question:
Can you guys recommend any addon that automatically sells all the trash and low level gear in my inventory? I am using bagnon but I cant find the option there.

If you play a druid you can use dreamwalk to get out and them dreamwalk again and you’ll spawn at the entrance. I think death knights can do the same thing with their gate.

Use the Teleport out of dungeon function, then Teleport right back in.
