Getting bullied out of m+ grps

Hello Blizzard and forum members.

I like playing m+ - thats the only thing about the game I can grind every day and not getting tiered of it. But right now I am not able to. I like playing assassination rogue, and no one wants me in the group because tank littrally do more aoe dps than me.
