Getting dc-d when dying while using grappling hook

During the first boss encounter in Miasara Caverns, if I am knocked into the air and use Grappling Hook while falling, then die before landing, my character becomes stuck in a disconnect loop.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Engage the first boss in Miasara Caverns.

  2. Get knocked into the air by the boss mechanic.

  3. Use Grappling Hook while airborne.

  4. Die before reaching the destination or landing.

  5. Attempt to log back in.

Result:
The character repeatedly disconnects upon login.

Expected result:
The character should respawn normally and be able to log in without disconnecting.
