I have stable ping that I’ve played many other games and iterations of WoW on. Only on retail, I get constant delay in messages and abilities that I press, it’s impossible to do rotations. I can’t fix it no matter what I do. My FPS is fine, So far I-
Repaired, reinstalled game.
No addons.
Tinkered around with settings.
Set up VPN through correct nodes, dropping MS by 10 but still lagging.
Nothing seems to work.
I don’t want to thrash the game, It looks amazing, which is why I resubbed to retail after so many years. But it’s simply unplayable for me. I’ve come across plenty of threads on the topic, both here and on Reddit, but there doesn’t seem to be any real response from Blizz.
Please, if anyone can help, tell me what I can do. I really want to play with this much, constant input lag it’s not playable.
I cant help you, but i can say that i’ve had this annoying input lag since they put in the first patch of this expansion, and it’s one of the big reasons why i’m unsubbing now.
It’s incredibly frustrating playing with this input lag especially on quicker paced classes. I play on an NA ff14 server as well, which naturally lags me from EU, but even there its smoother than WoW’s input lag. And its not my internet either, it is fine, i have my addons disabled, nothing weird; and yet WoW for the first time ever became unplayable for me…
