It already takes months to get this set and now there’s an extra layer of RNG as well? Like, “Well if you are unlucky you will farm this set for the next year.”

A second pair. Oh my, thats heartbreaking stuff, right there. I have about 8 chestpieces, only need the cloak now. Was super happy when i looted a cloak… that turned out to be not part of the set.
Anyway, yada yada, thats how it is. Youll complete the set one day, wont even take that long. Try complete the set from BWL, thats a grind. Not this. You have like 30 bosses each reset, numbers arent that bad, actually.

Kinda agree the only difference is colour, but on the other side these are race/faction mogs and to deny the full set just ebcause somebody doesn’t do high rated PvP. Like i said in anathor thread. Whenever you control the zone there should be a vendor that vendor sells the mog appearences for medals. The entire set is cheapest but you can also buy them seperatly. Right now it’s complete RNG if you will ever complete the mog.

There’s 2 warfront sets? Considering how much into mogs I am, it feels strange I had not noticed this…
There are technicly 3 tiers of sets for Arathi and 2 tiers for Darkshore. In case of Arathi tier 1 drops from quests and world quest for 7th Legion and War Campaign, tier 2 from outdoor rares and everytime you complete a warfront and tier 3 once every 3 weeks from the warfront quest. For Darkshore is the same but there’s no tier 1, only 2 and 3.
Tier 3 has to most custom 3d elements added. And for example boots from the darkshore plate elite set for alliance look amazing on a Draenei. They are the only boots in the game that completely cover hooves.
As far as i have seen, the T3/“Elite” version isnt shown on the Set tab. You only see T2. T1 doesnt matter, because it nearly looks the same aside from shoulder, helmet and the belt.
But i get what OP is mad about. Even IF you allways get one item, you dont allready have, it takes 24! weeks! to complete it. But as of now, you can get double items…soooo…
making same topic on multiple characters does not help to drive the point.

but why should we be happy and accept this sorta bs? like someone said, it takes 24 weeks doing EVERY event to get the set. and thats not including doubles. and what if you want 2 sets? the plate AND leather say. things really start going against ya.
why should we be happy with this. this is CLEAR time gating and rng just to keep us locked in. its NOT content.
Not saying its acceptable to get dublicates, but thats how RNG works, and yes, it is bullsheit, but getting same item 2 times is not the end of the world. Hell i used to raid back in WotLK and our team got same items 6weeks in a row, that killed our raid team completely and 90% of us quit, and that is why I think Ulduar is the biggest pile of crap ever.
I am not defending RNG, hell i want that crap out of this game, but if it has happened only few times then that is not the biggest crime in the universe
I swear it used to be protected. I could do the warfront 10 times and have every piece of gear, so long as it was equipped I wouldn’t get it again. Since the patch I have had so many cloaks and bracers… uuuuurgh.
