I just hit 80 with a character and wanted to spend me emblems of heroism on Heirlooms. I found out they changed that vendor.
So my question is: How do I farm and buy heirlooms the most effiecient way in Cataclysm pre-patch?
Heroics for Justice Points and also the daily quests outside the Violet Hold that reward them

You can also get the heirloom head and cloak (that scale to 85) via getting reputation with your guild.

They’ll probablyget changed back to 85 a month after actual Cata release.

Is it just better to wait until Cata releases, if it by any chances are easier to farm Heirlooms then? (besides the guild vendor heirlooms)
You do get some more Points for Dungeons than you do now.
You can do the Argent Tournament Dailys to get Champions Seal to buy stuff there. This was added in WoD originally but is already now a thing. And then there is the Darkmoon Faire this Sunday where you can also buy the Stuff for Prize Tickets. They maybe have added that too.
