I reckon pugging during bfa was very doable all along even playing a dps spec. Ofc it would take longer to get invited as with playing a tank or healer but never ever did i have to wait in the finder for several hours to get invited into a group.
Played a Havoc DH well you can guess what happened, got to the point where i had all keys timed on 13 which was already hard enough and then with 14s i got too tired of sitting in the finder for hours with no singe invite, so i made a boomy.
My boomy now being ilvl 184 cant even get into +0 groups and from what im hearing it doesnt change the further you progress, but rather gets worse.
I am beyond annoyed by how this expansion is going, there are literally 4 specs/roles you can play atm if you want to have at least some sucess with pugging.
you either play tank or healer obviously, or the only 2 specs that will give you a slightly better chance for an invite than all the other dps specs, you guessed it, MM Hunter and Fire Mage.
I have tried tanking before and i just dont like it i wanna play a dps spec, now sadly neither MM or Fire is a lot of fun to me so i guess i am now left with quitting the game or keep wasting my time until I magically get an invite after sitting in the finder for half of the day and then not being guaranteed neither loot nor the key being in time.

Oh forgive me for not mentioning it, i have indeed tried making my own groups before and i can tell you how it went.
After waiting for a pretty damn long time to even get a group together, I had more than my share of seeing people just leave after on wipe or the key being depleted and me being left with keys that wont get my any further.
I am in a guild, but its not a very big guild with a lot of players online at a time that would be willing or fitting to run keys on the same intesity I aim to.
The server i am playing on and the connected realms are also not very huge so thats another problem.
And finally none of my irl friends do actually play wow so thats not an option either.
Ah yes and communities, joined a few posted my key into it several times and asked if anybody wants to join, not a single time did i get one person that was interested in my key.

so why do you think people are not inviting you ?

CREATE a group for all m0
Go and do some pvp upgrade your TRINKET to 184
After that create your m+2 key and after that create another key etc etc

Dude this is an alt i got to 60 2 days ago, i gained a lot of new gear since and I didnt bother enchanting it right away for running m0, apart from that do you honestly think that people will check your armoury for a m0 ? you must be kidding.
M0 is not hard and by now where most people know the dungeons, its a joke.
Also what does my +5 key have to do with m0 ? you wont even get rio from doing 0s so like what ?
you are 184… basically a fresh 60 with no effort put in, complaining you dont get invites…
you are below the item level of the free gear your covenant gives you…
for the gear you have you dont even enchant or gem either…
you aren’t struggling to find groups, you are struggling to get a free carry
you said you done +13 on all dungeons on a dh, but won’t link your druid to it, doing this would help you get groups cause it would show the mains score…
You can try making groups now. With the 4/4 dungeon quest thingy+extra item(IF it works for m+s as well). People are more inclined to do M+. Oh and easier affixes(aka push week).
the ratio of DPS to healers and tanks is MUCH more than 3:1:1, so only the best dps will easily get groups, if you queue as even a subpar tank or healer you will still get a ton of invites.
Free carry ? i am trying to get into m0 groups are you joking ? m0s drop 184 gear whats the point of doing m0s once youre 190+ and already got everything on 184+ ?
And also in order to make your mains score show on your alt you have to have at least 200 on that respective alt which i cant have and wont ever have from running m0, because m0 does not give you rio !
I think if you get all of the 197 pieces from the upgraded covenant campaign set your ilvl will be in a much better state, forget about M0 because it won’t give you alot of relevant gear at your current state.
Also upgrade your PvP trinket to 197 with honor, get your renown up to the weekly cap and finish the campaign, you’ll get to 195+ easily after.
You should also upgrade your legendary from rank 1 to a higher rank, maybe rank 3 will be enough.
