There’s a lot of upset people in general complaining about how hard it is to be a Ghoul.
The trick is to organise and be in a group - the whole thing is built on horde tactics. You need to infect as many NPC’s as possible then swarm places and people so they don’t have time to cleanse or organise. It is possible, and you will eventually fall under the weight of player attacks/ your pet ghouls dying over time, but you’ll last much longer.
I have to say, the phasing is infuriating. I hopped between 4 or 5 different alts last night and got into 3 different Stormwinds. Of those, only one had more than 4 or 5 RPers wandering around doing something (one in particular had a large group defending a bridge, and the Cathedral, whilst some OOCers were trying to organise a ‘kill RPers’ raid).
I was thinking it might be worth people putting themselves into LFG if they find a ‘populated’ instance so other people can join in. Accepting only ADers, of course. You don’t have to move as a raid, it’s just for the convenience of getting people into the ‘RP Phase’.
Actually got a really fun RP scenario out of this. A lot of sailors/pirates in the Bay have gone together and evacuated the scene, currently en route to Boralus.
EDIT: Obviously only available for the Alliance-side folks.
