Hello. My friend bought me the “Character Transfer” gift, after claiming it I thought it will be immidieately available in my account, but after several relogs and several log out/log in, the Character Transfer still wont appear.
I am getting worried. Its been more than 12 hours since claiming the gift and its still not there.
If you have trouble claiming an item from the My Gifts page, try logging in to the Battle.net App and clicking the gift icon to claim your item.
If you still can’t claim the item, make sure you don’t already own the product you are trying to claim. If you receive a gift for a product or game you own, contact us for assistance.
I would start a ticket at this point, you should be able to click on the ‘contact us’ link in the quoted text above. Even if the issue resolves itself in the mean time, you can always cancel the ticket.
