WoW token for trial account?
I would like to play a bit of SOM with my wife who hasn’t played WoW yet. Can I gift her or somehow use a WoW token I have on my account so that we don’t have to pay for additional sub?

WoW tokens are Bound on Account and cannot be traded, gifted or used on another BNET account.
That, and new accounts cannot buy and consume WoW tokens unless they have had one month of paid game time that fully passed first yet due new restrictions to tackle botters.
Your only options are to have your wife subscribe 1 month and then immediately cancel after payment went through succesfully so it won’t renew OR purchase and gift 60 day non-renewing gametime block here: https://eu.shop.battle.net/en-gb/product/world-of-warcraft-game-time
Edit: Chronormi’s suggestion can work for the latter gametime block gifting.

You can convert it to bnet balance but I think you need 2 tokens to gift 60 days game time (there is no other option besides 60 sadly).

Wouldn’t work they’re trying to bypass buying game time on an account without subbing ever
