Being young doesn’t mean you are sexy 
But having a hot burning beard does!
I honestly feel dwarves got a lot of good options with Shadowlands, though I guess it’s still more of Warcraft dwarf style and not much “new”.

So what you want is for a Dwarf to just be a downscaled human? Not an actual Dwarf? As the three you listed are human actors with the only cosmetic accessory being a beard.

But dwarves are sexy already. They are the second sexiest race, right after worgens. Thorin from Hobbit movies didn’t even look like dwarf. Dwarves are stocky, have big noses and long beards.

I think it stems in part from the descriptions of Dwarves in old legends, where the look was very much the Gnarly and Craggy side of handsome, and stocky with it. In some legends they were also described as looking wizened, and spindly, (Rumpelstiltskin is one such, original legends of Boggarts were another) Generally however they were described as stocky, not fat, Handsome in a rugged looking way, and bearded. Sadly (for some), despite the fantastic works of the Late, Great Sir Terry Pratchett, there was never any mention in legend of Dwarven females having beards!
If they did have options to look like short humans, then that is pretty much all they would be, short humans, who are good with metal and live in mines, There -is- a mythological creature from Cornish and Irish legend that fits that description, with the amusing name of ‘Knockers’.
