Blizzard just announced that Legion Remix will not be bringing back mage tower forms for druids. That means all of us druid players who missed out on Legion will forever be second rate druids unable to acquire those forms.
Druid forms are not just transmogs, they are part of the class identity. This kills the class for me.
It doesnât bring back Artifact Weapon appearances either. Druid is not alone in this.
Also, two specs out of four wear the weapons, without any fancy forms (Balance and Restoration) and Guardian spec can get a form with the same silhouette as the original MT appearance.
Feral form silhouette isnât even special from MT.
So you are at least 60% wrong.
Balance and resto druids still use bear and cat forms occasionally. And they will now never be able to look like a purple sparkly lion. I couldnât care less about weapon transmogs or mounts, but druid forms are our class identity.
you do have fel werebear, same model as Mage Tower Challenge, only different color. Instead of complaining for missing one cat model (in 4 colors, true) better ask for new ones or even a recolor of Mage tower, like they added for werebear. Prestige is prestige, some people QQ non stop about double drop rates for Invincible, Ashes of Alar and some 3rd rate other mounts. Getting the raid mounts now in 10,100 or 1000 tries since MOP is pure luck, and some people still mad about doubling the 0.1% chance. Mage Tower had no luck in completing it. They wonât and shouldnât bring those exact models back. Didnât play in Legion? It is what it is. How about getting mad over no mountain dew promotion in Europe? The Horde bike from Azeroth Choppers is not obtainable either, while the Alliance one can be bought for 100K. Youâll be missing out on your favorite class just for a cat model out of how many⌠Iâve seen bear tanks in +10s with classic bear skin :)) I know, easy for me talk because i have it, but still⌠Asking for those forms is a dead end, we should ask for more new skins, like at least one for each form every major patch 
When class identity is misused for FOMO then i most definitely give up on the class. Itâs broken. There should be a lot more druid form recolors and they should always be attainable in some way.

There are many forms available. Up to WoD, there was basically 3-4, now we have like 30 that can be obtained.
4 will stay unobtainable. You will have to live with it.

Skill-intensive? Mage Tower was free loot with Antorus gear. On the other hand you can get the AotC mount and the Mythic Chosen set in Legion Remix. Whatâs the difference here?
Yes, totally ignore the kitty weaving resto druids. At least get the facts right before acting superior.
MT kitty form affects 3 out of druidâs 4 specs. That is massive, and even more so considering the biggest player base are druids. (shakes head) Tsk, tsk.
I shall do just that. I am a practical person. You cannot have a few recolour of a form that you spending next to no time in? Yeah, tough luck, buddy.
I think this is more comparable to Fel Fire for Warlocks as forms are something entirely embeded into the class, rather than just weapon appearances.
All classes have insane amounts of choices to replace even the best looking artifact weapons (from Mage Tower) with something just as good or even better.
Yet new forms of quality are not only not presented to druids asside from the 0.1 % drop fly form and Moonkin but a great portion of variation is locked off for no good reason either.
And because i know someone will come and say âbut you got these forms from the dreamâ yeah, can they compare to the baseline forms at least ? not really⌠let alone to those from the Mage Tower.
I honestly think blizzard should give both cats and bears one new form each major patch.
They can come out with dozens of new mogs so they should be capable of doing two forms with four colours every patch.
Either that or they should come up with a glyph of the stars situation where you donât transform.
Another idea would be to pick up what they did for moonkin and make a customisable form for cat and bear and then they can just push out new customisations for the forms each patch.
And I would like for them to break with the idea of guardian and feral only being a bear or a cat.
Give us different animals that fit into the spec fantasy
They should just rename Cat form to Agility Form and Bear Form to Strength Form, the same way Travel Form and Fly Form are and they dont just mean Stag and Bird Forms and just allow us to take different forms from animals like hunters âTameâ ability but with its own druidic twist.
Just the same way there are tanking pets, these same pets can serve as Bear Form or as i said -Strength Form
Same thing applies to Cat Form/Agility Form and Travel Form.
I think this is even better than making this whole customization thing.
Its unique, serves the fantasy pretty well, its fun and engaging and aside from fixing the lazy animations on creatures, something which should be fixed by now in a paid game there isnt much to it.
Yes, just walking around and learning new forms from animals out in the world would be the ultimate druid class fantasy.
âSecond-rate druidsâ is an excellent way to put it. I will always feel like an inferior Druid because the coolest forms arenât available to me. Iâm watching the situation closely and if this decision is not reversed, or we are not offered a recolour (not another ugly fel bear) - a legitimate, like for like, recolour of the original forms then I will also give up on the Druid class which is a shame.
Iâve already started rolling a potentially new main but if that doesnât work out, Iâll go back to my trusted paladin and if I get bored, will unsub again - great decision Blizzard

Is it really hard to imagine that people who ruin the image of a movement by being overly dramatic and emotional, throwing tantrums and so on in such an immature maner ruin the image resulting in the face youâre trying to influence totally losing respect for you- killing the goal entirely.

The main reason I was exited for legion remix was the bear forms I wasnât able to get in an expansion I didnât play.
Iâm not sure how prestigious they were, Iâve heard from both sides on this. But Iâm feeling it that hard as I was before.
Iâm cool with them keeping stuff separate and time locked, but I would like some other âbasicâ werebear forms. Then donât give me the white one that was Legion locked, but light grey or with other colour eyes or w/e.
