Gladiator Stance is pointless

What is the point of using a gladiator stance right now? The developers want you to use gear like a tank to deal DPS due to the way Shield Slam defense and block rating scaling currently work. But the whole idea of tank-oriented DPS is idiotic. Also the whole rotation feels like spamming devastation to trigger a free shield slam and sudden death. Yes, the whole rotation is about 1 button.
Another way to play Gladiator Stance is to be a fury warrior, but with a shield instead of offhand, which automatically makes you a worse fury warrior.
Even in PvP, the equipment is fully tuned for DPS. So I guess the gladiator stance is made for protection warriors who want to take to the battleground in their tank pve gear?

Imo the Gladiator Stance should get a solid rework, the simpliest way is to make it a fully PvP oriented stance for all warriors so it looks like:
Dauntless Combat Stance
Reduces The Damage you deal with your Auto-Attacks by 30% and reduces the rage cost of all abilities by 5. Also reduces the damage you take from Critical Strikes and damage over time effects by 20%.
While in this stance you may use all abilities that are restricted to other stances but your Charge shares cooldown with Intercept.

Or make it a fully viable protection dps stance, so gladiator stance looks like this:
Aggresive Stance makes your Shield Slam deal extra damage based on your attack power and allows you to use Revenge without dodge/block/parry requirement but increases its cooldown by 6 seconds. Also your Shield Block no longer grants you block chance but its charges increase the damage of your shield slam by 20% and allows your shield slam to proc available effects of your shield with five times increased proc chance. You generate 30% less threat and reduces your armor by 30%, but you generate 25% more rage. While in this stance you can only use abilities that require defensive stance.
Since Rend and Thunder Clap actually get some love, Sword and Board rune should be reworked to only increase Revenge damage.
