Can you please remove the Fury cost from this and put it of GCD? Just feels RLY clunky with the fury cost in the rotation.

Wish they would tweak its damage it feels really weak. Or as you say remove GCD, and make baseline.
ye, dmg is weak i tested it, also it should be baseline ability like you said.
This talent is useless
