Gleaming incarnate thunderstone (visual effect on elite gear) should be for 2.4k rating, but everyone gets it when they finish elite gear at 1800 CR. Please fix this bug, it was at least something unique to get for rating.
You are wrong. The effect on elite gear is always on, just like mythic gear.
This stone gives you effect to non elite non mythic gear.
And you dont get it from 1.8k
Oh, I did not know that, thank you for info. Btw it doesn’t work anyway, it didn’t add the effect on the gladiator gear, but it doesn’t matter, it’s a little thing.
