So has anyone found this item? Perhaps by accident… So far +2 months the Secret community has been looking for this, but without luck.

Yes we have searched from the most obvious places and almost the whole Azeroth. Arakkoa NPC is selling the Phoenix Ash Talisman item for this item and plus 2 other Phoenix Ashes that has been found in Arakkoa area in Spire of Arak and in Un’Goro from fire elementals Schorching Elementals with low drop rate. Sacred was found from Small Pile of Ashes pretty easily.
For other items you need 20 Inert Phoenix Ash and 10 Sacred Phoenix Ash.
