Earning these did not grant you an illusion. Even if you have scrolls or an enchanted weapon.
But getting Duelist ( <2.2k in 3v3 bracket, if sat on during season) does. RBG players also got screwed.
Valid, enchant purchase-enabling acheivements are also ignored.
All we want is GMs to address tickets, or a hot fix to check a very simple set of criteria and correct the situation.

Tbh I had this debate back in WoD about how I had the enchants literally sitting in my bags for a whole expansion* but I couldn’t use it as a transmog and then they made some random rule and I had it on all my characters.
I mean they already made the enchant for duelist in mop so 2014 s3 duelist gg and ppl still cry.

Blizzard I’ve noticed a bug in the shadowlands pre-patch.
The illusion vendor still requires duelist to buy the illusion when the rating requirement to buy it back in mop was 2200, not duelist. Fix please
