several days ago i did the the 10 on normal and everything went perfect, got the achievements and the mount. Yesterday i did the 25 on heroic and all went perfect recieved the notice in chat that i got all the achievements everytime i finished one but i did not recieved the mount and the achievements are not listed in my Achievement list. i made a ticket but they send me here … so here i am asking for help
It doesn’t seem you have completed it.
Maybe you miss one or two.
i have a screenshot that i did the achievement the crimson hall 25 but it is not in my achievement list if i could post the screenshot here but i dont know how or if it is possible
Try logging in on any alts that did any of the achievements. I’ve seen it where a Meta needed to be reminded that it was done already by an alt.
Which one are you “missing” still?

According to your armoury, you have all of the parts except the four wings. That seems impossible. How could you have all the others, but none of the four wings?
And Support should not have sent you here for this.
I agree with Gram. Try logging any other alts that may have done parts of it. Log all the way out. Log in. Sometimes the game doesn’t catch up until you relog.

They do when it’s not related to a bug.
Happened to me too, when I asked something I thought was bugged and in reality I had to do something in game I didn’t know. They can’t tell you how to play the game, just fixing it if something is wrong, else it could fall under favouritism and cheating if they help with gameplay.
i logged on all my alts en logged out completely with every alt and also closed down the game restarting the game and logged on again, i also disabled all my addons and relogged on all my alts again but noting worked i guess i will have to make another ticket, oh 1 small question, is there any way i can upload a .jpg file here so i can show that i did recieve the notice in game for the achievements but that its not in my achievementlist !?

i had a similar thing in legion when i was doing the quests to get flying , some of those quests had 8 legs you had to do to complete the quest , on the last quest i did leg 7 went to hand in to get 8 and the quest giver was missing the devs said we cant help with quest info i said dont want info just get the quest giver to show up so the devs put my char right next to him

Well, it’s a fresh week. Why not run through 25H one more time? Takes an hour, maybe, which is a lot less than waiting for a ticket. All you have to do is kill all the bosses.
If you want a healer for Valithria, I’ll find a healer alt to go with you.
How do achievements work in Icecrown Citadel? It appears to me that everything can be done on normal except those four achievements that have to be done on heroic. Is that true?
And is it possible to get achievements for heroic without doing it on normal first?
I vaguely remember there being a problem with one of my characters not getting achievements for killing heroic bosses because I had not done the raid on normal before.
(Trial of the Crusader, but it was looong ago, during WotLK or Cataclysm, so I might be wrong)

Maybe. Looking at the descriptions of the achieves, none of the others except the wing achievements actually specify Heroic.

did just that 2 times now and now there is only 1 achievement that will not work and i did that one 3 times already … But now i am going to try it again but now i wil disable all my addons and i hope it works now.
