yes, and you obtain it using your Credit Card in the In-Game Shop.
Upon watching the video though I’ve found that his druid has a very horrible mog with a glowing helm moon shaped.
I don’t know why you want that hideous appearance but if you’re looking just for the head use the in game appearances tab and search for the head mog. Hovering on it it’ll tell you where it drops.
