I have an in game issue for mage’s glyph of polymorph due to cannot connect helps in game. In usually, at least in last season, it can help remove fire mage’s ignite dots from the target. But it doesn’t work for this after updated. I’ve tried to replace a new glyph and restart the game. It still no works. Is it changed or just bugged? I don’t see any info from updates for this.

If fire mage spell crit the target, will give the target a debuff called ignite. Meanwhile your polymorph will remove all damage over time effects from the target if you using glyph of polymorph. That means the polymorph can remove all the dots from the target if polymorph succeed. In season 6, it works, but in this season, season 7, the polymorph cannot remove the ignite. It still can remove living bomb in both season.
