Does this glyph work if your using restoration spec and take Balance affinity talent.
I have the glyph working on balance spec but on restoration it’s the default boomkin.
Will buying the glyph again and using it on my restoration boomkin work?
You need to buy the glyph and apply it in your resto spellbook with Balance Affinity talented.
They are treated as different spells and this goes for all glyphable abilities. If you want the different colors for Cat Form you have to apply the glyph in the spellbook of all individual specs.

Yep glyphs are spec specific, but fortunately yes it does with resto Moonkin Form.
Just don’t swap that talent or you might lose that glyph.
