I’ve unlocked all vigor and glyphs on my mage but logging my druid i only got 3 vigors. WHy?
Have you selected the talents on your druid as well? Clicking the button to open dragon riding talents and re-selecting them has to be done on alts from my experience.
You get the glyphs but you still have to visit a dragonrider trainer to activate them.
Thats why.

you don’t need to visit a trainer, you can just click the big minimap icon and assign them there
presumably it’s the two choice spots that are the reason they’re not just the same on all characters
