Hello!
I have currently completed the Warcraft Rumble tutorial.
After killing Hogger, I saw a splash screen saying that I had received the HS card and the Gnomelia pet in Warcraft.
But I still don’t have a pet in my collection!
What is the problem?

I have fulfilled all the necessary conditions, but did not receive a pet.

I also did not receive a reward for World of Warcraft, although I completed the tutorial completely. Accounts are linked.

Hi! Same here. I have completed the tutorial and defeated Hogger but I have not received the Pet yet.

Same problem. Completed all training and received notification of awards. But neither HS nor WoW have them…

Still not here for me. Same issue with the swords from the trading post. Seems people who did either this or the trading post post-blizzcon got stuff.

Same here, Hogger defeated late Thursday, Nov 02, no card back, no WoW pet. Account connected.

Also tried logging out and back in - nothing.

I pre-ordered the game and was able to download it from the EU Apple App Store on November 2nd, before it was officially unveiled during BlizzCon on November 3rd. I logged in with my Battle Account (which I’ve been using for World of Warcraft for 19 years), played all the tutorials in Rumble, defeated Hogger, and received the notification that I had unlocked the WoW pet and the Hearthstone card back. As I mentioned, this was on November 2nd after the Apple App Store informed me that the game was available for pre-order. It has been 4 days now, and I have not received the pre-order rewards, neither the WoW pet nor the Hearthstone card back.

iPhone 14, iOS 17.1, and the current WoW Rumble version 2.8.0.

Yes, my issue is exactly same as yours, but in my case I am using Android phone.
Seems people that used the app before Blizzcon didn’t get the pet or the cardback.

I have the Same Issue like Bigäd.

Auto Install from Pre-Register.
Launched it.
Connected it with my B-net Account.
Played it.

Received the Notification etc.
But no Pet nor Cardback.

The Ticket i created because of this was also not very satisfying.

Hope this will get fixed soon.

I received the pet this morning when I logged on, hope it starts to show up for others who had the same issue.

We’ve seen a few other reports of this, so anyone else still waiting please keep an eye out and let us know if the rewards appear.

Still didn’t receive the battle pet Gnomelia in game. I have done everything that I should have done, The wait time is now over 8 day long.
