I played Rumble and it said I have unlocked the Gnomelia Battle Pet in WoW.
Have not received this in WoW yet. Whilst I appreciate it’s probably not ready yet, I haven’t seen any official announcement about it.
Do you have ETA?

I have completed the Warcraft Rumble tutorial twice so far. Killed Hogger several times, I had seen a splash screen that told me I have received the HS card and Gnomelia pet in Warcraft.
But I still dont have a pet in my collection! This is the second day the pet is not there?
What is the problem?

I got my Pet. It arrived after the expansion reveal.
I know many people got it.
But also many people haven’t received it yet.
I am still waiting, and I have replayed the tutorial few times now. Killed Hogger few times.
Also I got the pop-up on screen informing me I have receive the pet and card!
If I receive the pop-up confirming it then where is the pet?

It should just be in a gift wrapped box in the pet section of the collections menu.
I know where the pet should be.
But its not there!

I believe you, it’s always easier to eliminate all the easy solutions first.

So the rewards should now be available, but we’re seeing a few reports with the delivery.
Given that other players are receiving them, this is likely just a delay so keep an eye out and do let us know in this thread if they show up!

I installed Rumble and completed the tutorial on Thursday, 2nd.
Yesterday Friday, 3rd, I received the popup informing me I received the rewards in HS and WoW, which I have not.
Today after reinstalling HS, installing Rumble on another smartphone, going through tutorial again and killing Hogger again.
I still do not have rewards, not in HS and not in WOW?!
I consider WoW as a top of the line AAA game, not some lousy free to play game, yet there is always issues like this. A month ago it took many player days to collect and resolve issues with minis in WoW game. Few months ago there was an issue of rewarding Twitch drops which people were also waiting for days.
I am a customer paying monthly subscription for this game and I am expecting certain level of professionalism from the team delivering the results.
Please fix this!

Someone didn’t play WoW in the early years did they. Some of the stability issues were insane.
Whilst I fully agree it can get frustrating and the slow arrival of these free rewards. I have never heard of them not to turn up at all.
But yeh, WoW is a much more stable game than it was in the early days.
I’d like to report that I haven’t gotten Gnomelia or the Hearthstone reward after the Blizzcon show. I originally got all the way up to Thousand Needles when I got the popup for claiming my gifts. My accounts are linked but neither item has unfortunately seemingly not been registered to my account.
Well I am playing since 2007, so more then long enough.
Also, you are right, WoW was very unstable back then. Which makes it so much worse, as in 20 years they didn’t learn how to get rid of such small issues. No wonder players are leavening them in large numbers.
These small issues and such rookie mistakes only tarnish player experience and make this game annoying and frustrating instead of being a place where you can relax and enjoy.
On one hand they announce three expansion at once, while on the other they cant deliver a simple pet to players account. Ridiculous.

This has been passed along already by now and we’re investigating!
same i killed Hogger (finished tutorial) then showed up pop up window (it was grey for some reason) i accepted rewards and nothing this was November 2

Same issue here too, completed the tutorial and got the pop-up window but still no rewards after a few days.
