Nah not the Los cheese - you have range stack on one side of the boss at 20 yards or so, melee on the other side of boss and a single range or healer (hunter works nicely) moving forward and back to dictate if it’s him (and melee) getting chained or the ranged camp. Very simple.
Went into Gnomeregan for the first time today, all bosses down within 2 hours. Can’t believe there are people preferring BFD, that raid made me sleepy.
Not a friend of relying on one person to do the whole boss mechanic

Last night i was in a PuG that cleared the whole thing in 2hr 15 min (Making the group took 70 min, So i was in grop for at least 3 and a half hrs) But we had a pretty optimized team, Shadow priest, melee hunter, Heal priest etc.
The leader was very good and we had no wipes until the usual last boss spawns on you after you kill the Council fight.
In total 5 wipes on last boss before the tanks got the kiting down and healers got the healing down to a Teeee.
One issue we had was that on the first few tries the frost form just one shot the tank the moment it spawned, But we managed with practise and coordination.
We did not use discord or any Voice chat.

I personally feel like 3 and a half hrs (or 2hrs 15 min if you join just as the group is full) for a SoD raid is too long and hopefully it gets a little nerf.
Done it first time yesterday wasnt that hard just 3 wipes in 2nd last boss we did it aprox in 3h i think difficult is good not too hard yet nor too easy since every phase should be harder and harder.
already cleaning gnomergan in less than 1hour , if anything it’s really too easy
You need to learn the mechanics than its easy.
We did our 3rd run yesterday and were done under 1h. Around 55-58 mins. Of course voice chat makes it a lot easier.
It will take some weeks until everyone knows what you have to do then even a pug can make it in 1 - 1 1/2h
It’s better than relying on 6 people. Remember KISS and you’ll be on to a winner.
