Finally the mech squad becomes a thing!
With the return of the Grom’kar as part of the Battalion’s ranks, Scargra has returned once more to try and rebuild the Grom’kar once again and have another crack at enduring Commander Blackscar’s bullheadedness. Iron Horde Orcs, Forsaken scientists and shredder driving Goblins all in one guild? Something’s going to explode!

Tonight, we made shredders look even better, and definitely did not lose one amidst a quick, yet awesome collision between Alliance and Horde forces.
If this keeps up, our lot will set quite the precedent for awesome mech battles!

With Commander Boomcrank and Sergeant Trautfizzle put into comas by a volatile crash with the Loyalists aboard an air barge during the campaign which just reached its epic conclusion, the Captain Krazik Crankblast has taken up the reigns of command over the 52nd unit of the Bilgewater Battalion!
We’re now back in Bilgewater Harbour and Orgrimmar replenishing our ranks, as Evelyn Acton and our Ogre, Kraunk, joined the ledger of people we’re sadly having to claim the life insurance of. May they rest in profit!
Catch any of us around to join in with the action, wild adventures, war machines, footbomb games and profit await!

While the Battalion has been busy tangling with the Drust, giant robots and mechanized undead, plans have been put in motion by those in the higher seats of power.
Change is in the wind…- or blast wave… or something. I’m not a poet. But things are bound to become even more interesting for this unit, and soon.

As you may have noticed due to the change in our thread title and brand new main post, The Bilgewater Battalion has been expanded into The Bilgewater Cartel!
This revamp, whilst it encourages more civilian and science roleplay within the guild, still does not impede our goal of promoting more Goblin RP and more Goblin themed guilds being created due to the new Bilgewater hub project that comes part and parcel with the revamp!
So, if you’re interested in working for the Cartel as a race that wasn’t originally allowed into the Battalion in a mercenary capacity, want to play a merchant or scientist or just want the tag, feel free to get in touch with one of our members!

This revamp was a very welcome chance for my Foreman to finally join these crazy fools. I highly recommend non-military folks who’ve sat on the fence, like me, to come and join us.
I’ve already taken part in a couple very enjoyable RP events. Both of which I almost DIED in. Attached, you’ll find some recreations of choice moments.

The Cartel personnel were ambushed by Executive Boomcrank with a Job performance survey, to see if the employees deserved their research budgets. It’s all well and good to pursue your personal interests, but the Cartel needs to see RESULTS. 
Foreman Gridcog was a little taken aback by suddenly being called to showcase his projects, but luckily he is a busy Goblin with many worthwhile projects. And many not so worthwhile…
On this instance, Gridcog demonstrated the modified AI module of his personal mechanoid watchdog, Fritz, which allows the mech to record and copy the movements of canines with the added benefit of untiring, machine like strength and endurance as well as increasingly optimized performance.

As the spooky month rolls over us, the Bilgewater Cartel has found itself facing the things that lurk in the dark as well. A selection of the Cartel’s best faced off against a branch of the Cult of the Damned with the purpose of hijacking a powerful necromantic ritual for their own needs.
What was meant to be a careful stealth mission very quickly devolved into a brutal fight for survival in the middle of a small Westfall village.
