Yo fellas, Madcaz here with the check-in.
We helped the Horde fight an enormous Doomlord and his armies, snagged some sweet loot from the dead creature, defended the Rocketway from the fanatics of the Dirge of Teldrassil, and Fal’adaora from an assault.
We may or may not also have stolen a power core from a derelict Warframe the Order of Oronaar had “misplaced”.
All in a week’s work.
You also want to do cool stuff like this? Join us!
The Bilgewater Battalion is always on the lookout for new Goblins, Orcs and Forsaken to bolster our ranks!
Really glad that these awesome folk are attending my campaign in Outland! These goblins and their Horde companions have fought the alliance, demons and void cultists, and even de-fused (or well, teleported away) a void-infused manabomb today!
Can only recommend them to anyone interested in chill military roleplay and fun.
After all the campaigns of the past weeks, the Battalion is taking some much needed us-time, focusing on matters closer to home again.
Forging relations, training our soldiers, and preparing for possible new and exciting changes.
We are, as always, looking for more Orcs, Goblins, Forsaken and Vulpera (yes) to join us.
Contact Bettiboom, Madcaz, Letzy, Khalila or Pekun ingame if you’re interested and/or want to know more!
By the way, we do DnD sessions as well, sometimes, when we aren’t on duty.
(Very odd homebrew. The dice may or may not be cursed.)
Ahem. It’s called Crusaders & Chaos. Thank you very much.
Blows dust off of guild thread
Snapdragons, Shadowlands and enemy ships ahoy!
The Bilgewater Battalion have been going on adventures full of mystery and magic recently courtesy of our wonderful officer team and event makers in the guild. Not only have we been getting a bit more of that slice of life RP that everyone loves but on the other end of the spectum we’ve been going on spooky snapdragon hunts and learning more about the dangers of the Shadowlands as our science team, after spending over a year trying to send someone to the Shadowlands, is now trying to work out how to keep our souls from going there altogether!
We’re still recruiting Goblins, Forsaken, Orcs and Vulpera who fit in with our unique blend of Bilgewater style brawling with our enemies, mad science, weapons testing, mercenary work and personal story based events. Now is THE BEST time to join because in the near future we will be revisiting places which many Goblins can remember well…
(Please send recruitment enquiries to Gloamford, Glumford, Bettiboom, Letzy, Tiika, Pekun or Madcaz. You can also respond to our forum thread or send us in game letters. We’re looking forward to having you along for our wild ride!)
All aboard the hype train, we’re going home!
The Battalion is making major advancements in the technology department. Top secret of course!
If you’re a scientist who wants to dabble in all kinds of projects, you should definitely join us!
Good folks the lot of em, well… Apart from Letzy, got to watch out for that one.
After a more quiet week - even though we still fought giant elementals, a bunch if ghosts, and had a rad birthday party - we’re now looking towards the next campaign, which is nearing with big steps; as well as a day of cooperation with the Dustpaw.
We always need more helpful hands to fight alongside us. So join the Bilgewater Battalion now! Uncle Bedlam wants YOU!
Funny, adventurous and great at RP, these guys have it all! If you’re a goblin, join them!
If anyone asks, we never went to Ratchet. Don’t know where it is. What’s a Ratchet even?
We’ve been to a great campaign in Kul Tiras, to save some missing Horde Mages.
Turned out, a local rebellion used them as sacrifices in their rituals. The single surviving Magister was saved and brought back home safely though, so we see this as a success!
We are back at the harbour now. The next adventure is already on the horizon, so now’s a good time to join up!
Somewhere in Stranglethorn Vale
HUH-HUH-HAH!
The warcry of the ogre gave its location away, and Bootleg side-stepped to the left just as the ogre’s mace came down with a crunch where he had been hiding. The ogre grimaced with confusion, then anger, as the head of the mace was lodged in the crater of damage it had inflicted on the innocent cave floor.
Bootleg didn’t hesitate, and quickly made his exit as more ogres boundered towards him. He had memorised the route and as he juked left, then right avoiding low hanging limbs, he recalled the pouch tied to his belt. He squeezed a hand around it, relieved it was still there. An ogre clattered over a fallen log, and Bootleg leapt across it and into the higher branches of the trees above. Here, he would be safe. Safer. He listened as more ogres grunted and heckled their way in every direction. He rested a hand on the pouch again.
Perhaps, it is time, he mused.
Ratchet
As night settled across the horizon, and hyenas laughed at the moonrise, Bootleg sniffed the briny air. There was something else. It tingled across his skin. The buccaneer beside him was growing weary, the air around him was clipped with frustration.
Well? Did you get it?
Bootleg tossed the pouch towards him. He heard the buccaneer’s gloves clasp it expeditedly. There was a moment of silence. Then another. Bootleg was familar with this scenario. It was inevitable with the newcomers.
Before the buccaneer could lift his dagger from its sheath, Bootleg was behind him, his own stiletto balancing carefully across the fool’s neck.
“Eyesight is overrated, friend.”
The buccaneer dropped a bag of coin. Bootleg caught a whiff. The sharp vinegary smell of fear. He cracked a smile, releasing his hold on the buccaneer.
As he picked up the bag of coin and walked into the Inn, Bootleg confirmed his decision. It was time to find some protection. And perhaps, someone who needed his services.
Bootleg has heard about The Bilgewater Battalion, and maybe, just maybe, can be of use to Uncle Bedlam!
Hullo!
Apologies for not responding sooner, I was busy with birthday and university business. We’d be happy to have you along for the ride and are excited to welcome you to the Battalion if you are still interested!
The Bilgewater Battalion is about to embark on another big campaign. Adventures and battles await!
We can always use more helpful hands to fight at our side. So, if you’re a Goblin, Orc, Forsaken or Vulpera, join the Bilgewater Battalion now! Uncle Bedlam wants YOU!
(Contact Letzy, Trautfizzle, Izzadora, or Pekun in game if you’re interested!)
That oil rig in Stonetalon? It was like that when we got there, I swear.
Bronze Dragons? Dunno what you’re talking about officer.
After a long deployment in Stonetalon, the Battalion took it slow for a bit.
Just some cross faction diplomacy, fel monsters, long forgotten mage traps, cleptomanic demons, and angry fire elementals since then. You know, the usual…
Was all excited, getting hyped as I read the OP, then I got to the Race part.
