I hope tinkers will only be available for these two races as it should be.
I don’t fancy elves that much and I don’t play DH for this reason but I have never complained about it.
I hope people will be just as mature when it comes to tinkers

I’ll be blunt. Gnomes and goblins are the two ugliest races in the game and no one cares about them. So Tinkers will be the least playable class in the game by far if it’s available only to them.
ROFL as every new class it will be so OP ad the beginning that believe me, you’re gonna se plenty

The same what’s happened with Nighborne when joined horde,i will stay out of this,because i know people won’t understand.

Neither Gilgoblins nor Vulperas are very technological
Could have Mag’har with all their Iron Horde tech!

What i see fitting the lore,
Alliance: Dwarf / Gnome / Draenei / Mechagnome ( If they are coming to be allied race )
Horde: Blood elves / Goblin / Mag’har ( As jaigo said )
Can’t see regular orcs, tauren and trolls being tinker, and i doubt the forsaken can be

I rather see them doing:
Alliance= Gnome, Dwarf & DI Dwarf, Draenei + lightforged Draenei .
Horde= Goblin, Orc & Mag’har orc, Blood elf and nightborne.
Though I do not see the BE’s being very tech related, but nightborne with the telemancy maybe. I guess we’ll have to see, we know we’re gonna get a new class next expansion and we should hear about it at Blizzcon anyway.
If the leak is atleast partially true, we might get a necromancer instead though.

Horde: Orcs, Blood Elves, Goblins, Nightborne, Mag’har Orcs
I am hyped about healing with blaster, just like I used to do on my operative and smuggler in SWToR.
The only race/class combo I think is outrageous is tauren and highmountain tauren monks, and draenei monks. Those 2 look r*tarded.
As for tinkers, although having it be 1 race per faction exclusive would be cool, it might cause the class to have the same terrible low player base as the demon hunters. If extended to more races, I could see the following:
.Humans
.Gnomes
.Draenei (magi-tech/crystal tech)
.Dwarves
.Dark Iron dwarves
.Night elves (we see one in tink master overspark’s crew for mechagon)
.Lightforged Draenei (space tech)
.Orc
.Undead
.Blood elf (Magic-tech, we see belf mechs in belf starting experience)
.Goblin
.Mag’har Orc (Iron Horde engineer)
.Nightbourne (Big ? on that one, not sure, another magi-tech maybe?)
.Zandalari?? (Not sure on this one either)

Again a statement based on your bias. And even if it was; fine with me. In fact I’d prefer it rather than see the new class everywhere.
It would be much lower than that. At least Blood Elves and Night Elves are very popular races. The Blood Elves are the most played Horde race by far, and Night Elves are the second most played Alliance race, behind the better Humans.
But since no one plays Gnomes and Goblins the number of Tinkers would be even lower.
