GOBLINS capital city/mount

I made a goblin rogue(first time playing goblin) and i was wondering where the goblin capital city is and how to get the level 20 mount for goblins

The racial mount is the Goblin Trike, and you can buy them in Orgrimmar, near the Embassy (which used to be the Goblin Slums).

Also, there is no actual Goblin capital city, but Bilgewater Harbor in Azshara is meant to be a replacement for Kezan.

The goblin capital city is beneath Kezan and called Undermine (you can not get there). The goblins are just chilling in Orgrimmar since the cataclysm, that is where you can buy your racial mounts.

When you hit level 20 you get a quest Learn to Ride. This quests leads you to a riding trainer for your race and right next to that you can buy your first, racial mount.

Also technicly Bilgewater Harbour can be considered a capital city for Goblins but it doesn’t have any functionaliy a capital city should have. So you just go to Orgrimmar to learn riding.
