can I get this recipe from Krixixi in blackwing lair 2 times? I think I deleted it the first time like 2 years ago. I killed him like 7 times and didn’t drop
Unless it’s removed from the loot table/game, you should be able to loot it again.

Is it a drop? Don’t you need to do the mind control thing?
Are you sure it doesn’t drop only once? I have mining and all but it still didn’t drop after 12 tries. Is it really rare?
I don’t know the drop rate on this spesifically. But anything that drops until it’s used, will continue to drop even if you don’t pick it up or destroy it. Take the WoD crafting skill drops for instance; they have a high drop rate, but once you use them, they completely stop dropping. If you just don’t pick them up, or if you delete them, they will drop again.

It’s a drop but you need to be a miner to get it. Don’t remember if you need to be 300/300
Iirc it won’t drop anymore if you have it in your bank or bags, make sure you didn’t already drop it before and stored it somewhere
Got it in a few runs, no need to mind control anymore

Can I kill him every 30 mins once a day or once a week?
Also I used to be miner then herbalist and switched back to miner some year ago. Is it possible to relearn all the recipes I lost?
There used to be some Legion Dalaran npc (profession vendor) who sold an item to relearn recipes! Check that out
That’s only Legion recipes.
Pretty sure he respawns but it should be along the lines of 1h or 2h for a raid mob. Check the wowhead comments they usually have this kind of information
Make sure it doesn’t drop first (give it a few tries) and then make a ticket, it may be a bug and should you indeed have already learned the recipe and can’t drop it anymore a GM may give you the book.
