Gold vanished from warband bank

Hey!

So my account is currently inactive so I wanted to buy a token with gold. It didn’t give me the option in the character selection screen so I thought it was because all of my gold is in my warband bank. I logged in with a sub lvl 20 character and tried to withdraw 350000 gold from it - It disappeared from my bank but the character didn’t get it. So it’s just gone now.

This was like 12h ago so relogging and waiting didn’t help.

I would make a ticket so that a GM can look into where the gold has gone.

Hey Zaîonara,

We are aware of a bug where players on a Veteran account would lose gold, if withdrawn from their Warband bank, if this would’ve put you above the limit of 1000 gold. While this issue has since been hotfixed, please do open a ticket if you were affected, and a game master should be able to restore the lost gold.

Gold disappear from Warbank

I took 170k gold from the war pack bank, but it didn’t end up in my inventory. After logging in and out, the gold also disappeared from the War Bank I opened a ticket and the GM said he could see my gold was gone but unfortunately couldn’t do anything. Another forum entry the same issue and here a support person wrote that GMS should be able to return the gold after opening a ticket These GMS are not helpfull…

I see that some gold has gone missing from your warband warbank.
I understand that these things can actually be a bit annoying. However, upon closer inspection, there don’t appear to be any known issues. Therefore, I regret to inform you that we cannot help recover lost gold.
