Golemagg Has free character transfer that doesn't work

I have a character from Golemagg and I have the free character transfer button from the shop available.
There is no automatic selection of server(s) to choose to go to and also when I type the server that I want (I want to go to Firemaw btw, it is PvP like Golemagg btw), the “Continue” button is still grey.

If there’s no servers to choose it means that FCM is not currently available from that server.

Golemagg and Firemaw are also connected realms so that might be also why:

It shows that Firemaw is available to tranfer to! And that Golemagg is not in the list of servers that have this service disabled! But it is not working when I try to actually do it.

Hey Apolytos,

Free character transfers are pretty limited (if these transfers are open, you can only transfer to pre-selected servers), and are handled by our developers.

If what you want to do is not possible, I’m afraid it means that the transfer is not available.

It also says below that list…

In addition to overall Character Migration Restrictions:

  • You can’t transfer characters from a realm that is already connected to the above listed realms

Which then links to:
