Good class to learn arena's that can also carry solo?

I’ve been a PvE player since I started wow back in 2006. I’ve tried arena’s now and then but never really been any good at it.

The highest I’ve ever gotten was cheesing with a disc priest at the end of legion when they were broken getting to 2k rating but it didn’t feel earned just abusing something broken.

I’m,not a new player so I’m pretty competent at most classes in PvE but I feel overwhelmed in arena’s but I want to learn and learn it properly this time which class would you guys recommend?

Arms Warrior is also an extremely easy to get into spec that performs far too decent for its input right now. So you cant go wrong with that either right now, although you need a pocket healer outside of Arenas.
