Given recent news that fury will get nerfed even more,
it’s clear that devs plan to give us some massive utility in the future, right?

ofc they will. they will give us a toy so we can be entertained out of the raid and m+ we didn’t get an invitation to.

There is a chance that they use this constant flattening of our burst AoE, to then use the lost DPS output to strengthen other parts of our profile.
It is sad and bad, yet - it is the best we can hope for.
Burst go down - sustained go up.
