Goodbye Dragonflight 🐉

… So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, DragonFlight! :dragon:
I hate you so and leave this trashy sight

… So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, adieu
No clue, it’s eew, for you and you and you

… So long, farewell, au revoir, auf Wiedersehen
I’d like to stray and play my first War campaign

… So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, Dragonflight
I leave and heave a sigh and say goodbye
Goodbye

… I’m glad to go, I cannot tell a lie
I flit, I float, I fleetly flee, I fly

… The isles has gone to bed and so must I
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, goodbye
Goodbye
Goodbye
Goodbye

I love you, Dragonflight. Thank you for rekindling my love for WoW, which was completely dead after the horrible streak of BFA and SL.

You taught me how to get hyped again. :two_hearts:

In Memoriam: World of Warcraft - Dragonflight

As the sun sets on the Dragon Isles, we bid farewell to an era of adventure, discovery, and camaraderie. The World of Warcraft: Dragonflight expansion, which soared into our lives on November 28, 2022, has now etched its place in the annals of Azeroth’s history.

Dragonflight brought us the majestic Dragon Isles, a land teeming with ancient magic and untold stories.

From the fiery peaks of the Waking Shores to the serene Ohn’ahran Plains, the icy expanses of the Azure Span, and the timeless beauty of Thaldraszus, we explored every corner with awe and wonder.

The introduction of the Dracthyr race and the Evoker class added new dimensions to our adventures, allowing us to harness the power of dragons and soar through the skies with Dragonriding.

This expansion was not just about the places we visited or the battles we fought; it was about the bonds we forged and the memories we created. We stood together against the Primal Incarnates, delved into the depths of Zaralek Cavern, and uncovered the secrets of Neltharion. We laughed, we triumphed, and sometimes, we mourned our losses. But through it all, we remained united as a community, bound by our shared love for this incredible world.

As we prepare to embark on new adventures with the launch of the next expansion, let us take a moment to reflect on the legacy of Dragonflight. It reminded us of the joy of exploration, the thrill of discovery, and the strength of unity. Though the chapter of Dragonflight may close, its spirit will forever soar in the hearts of all who journeyed through its lands.

Farewell, Dragonflight. Thank you for the memories, the challenges, and the triumphs. You will always be a cherished part of World of Warcraft’s rich tapestry.

Dragonflight was good but not Legion or Wrath lvls of Epicness. It kept itself safe , stayed safe.
Alot of content sure but alot of it was just invasions kill stuff to 100% kill boss , repeat.

Forbidden Reach and Zara’lek caverns should have soloable rares for casuals to farm the mogs etc

Dragonbane keep finished too quickly if you were 20 seconds late it was too late.

That’s my 0.50c on it

This is coming from someone that played through BC and WOTLK.

Dragonflight in general is a very good expansion, even though I am not fan of LG28Z NPCs and their little stories.

Toodle pip

I didn’t really play Dragonflight much. I mostly played two or three weeks each patch just doing whatever. It was alright, I suppose :man_shrugging:

Will probably look to play a bit more in TWW, we’ll see how that goes :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

Dragonflight was better than BFA and Shadowlands gameplay, but that’s not a high bar. The story was pretty bad, although not as bad as Shadowlands was.

Overall, it’s a positive step up since Shadowlands, but we’ve been 5 steps down since the end of Legion.
