The item vas destroyed and we will not be able to restore it…
Well immagine that…they cant restore an item in a computer game…granted it was my mistake, but cmon really…
Today i got another reply from a GM…this one is even more stupid:
“I have taken a look at this, and it seems that the item was purged, as its been over 30 days” and the item cant be restored…WTF are those GMs on? 30 days??? The patch is up for a f…ing week…liars in this small indie company

I’m sorry to hear about the troubles you had with this, and the confusing responses.
The outcome is the same though and if you accidentally deleted the item and can’t restore it through the item restoration self-service, you would have to obtain it again (on another character if necessary).

Ty for the reply, but you guys(GMs) should start talking to eachother, because a GM restored the item without any problems…
