Made a ticket but i figured this might be faster.
It sounds like your payment did not go through (Failed), please check your Transaction History to see what happened with your recent purchase (check the status).
What you see there is likely an authorization hold. In short: Your bank will reserve the requested funds for a payment when you try to purchase something, and checks the purchase afterwards to see if everything is ok. If it approves the purchase, the reserved funds are transferred over. If it does not, it releases those reserved funds back into your account.
For more information on that, have a look here or contact your bank for more information.
Have a few seconds to spare? Let me know how I’m doing!
Have you confirmed in Transaction History that the purchase did complete? If it hasn’t completed then the payment hasn’t been received by us, and the notification of being billed is the payment provider temporarily reserving the funds and should release them back to you shortly. In these cases it’s best to speak with the bank or payment provider to find out why the payment didn’t go through so they can investigate further!
We don’t have access to your payment history on the forum - but if the payment shows as completed and you don’t have game time it would be best to reach out to our support here.
Yeah i will contact the Payment Support instead, i know Forum GM’s cant do anything about the issue, but its good for everyone to know that there is Issues like this.
Even my friend had to pay Twice to get 1 month of gametime.
If you believe you have been scammed, then your correct course of action is to break off all contact with the scammers, report them to the police, and then engage a lawyer at your own expense to recover the amount of monies scammed off you.
Just to clarify, the transaction history page will update over time, especially with subscriptions. It’s worth rechecking it before opening a ticket - if your friend was billed twice then checking the page here is a good start as Nenyasqi mentioned earlier!
A World of Warcraft® Subscription - 1 Month has been added to your World of Warcraft account in the Europe region. Once any existing game time on your account runs out, you will be billed GBP 9.99 every month. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your [subscription management page]
Hi Trovlak. he’s sharing his issue at the right place and waiting for something to be done about it … so you can take your insecure bum outta here and stop the typical wanna be tough on the internet show.
