While we have seen some similar reports about no reward after completed Bountiful Delves. In this case, I would love to be able to help directly here, but the GM team are lack for the workaround here, so we need you to help us report it via forum or in-game bug report to our Dev team.
I understand that submitted a bug report might let you feel nothing on this issue but please believe that each report is helpful in solving this problem.

the fact that a GM cant restore/help here is kinda sad
but i just want my key and item back after using a limited resource an opening the chest and just getting an echo
