I suddenly got an extra PTR account according to the Battle.net website but when I use it for PTR it tells me no realm is available and I also do not log in automatically. Does someone know if I got Beta or PTR?

Asked customer support about it and they told me they do not know why I got this account and can not give me the answer but I am still curious how I got a non-working PTR account. So who would know what has happened?
Beta says beta, PTR is not the same.
Then why can I not login in the PTR with it? Also, I did not create the PTR account, it suddenly appeared.
Did you try the other PTR? and is it classic and retail PTR?
Classic has no active PTR Realms. They are for testing so when there is nothing to test they get turned off.

Retail is active but Classic is not active AS THERE IS NOTHING TO TEST!!!

There are at least two there.
Public Test Realm
and
Public Test Ream (Classic)
I can log into the first one but not the second, do you get an error for the first one and do you have active gametime?
I only get “no realms available” when I use the second, and change it with the drop down box.
It would help if you said what item in the list is in the box when you click on “PLAY”
Yeah I get “no realms available” with Classic PTR and Retail PTR
Then you need to check your security software as I am getting realms in Retail PTR.
Classic PTR is not working for EVERYONE.
That’s if you’re even changing the menu option.
Tried everything but nothing works, I think my account is either a bugged Beta account because it appeared, without me creating it, or it is a PTR account which is bugged. Either way, quite a weird thing to happen.

You could actually say which one you were trying to log into, I don’t think you have given the full name that appears on the launcher list.

I also appear to be able to post on the Beta forums, but I am not sure if you need Beta access for that to be able to do that.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the PTR account, which you’d need to open a ticket about to have that looked into. Be sure to quote the exact error code you got, too, the WOW51900309, as that’ll help narrow down what’s going on
Done that but I am still curious on a PTR suddenly appeared on my list, does that happen often?
So, what does it say on the LAUNCHER? The first Pic is exactly as it should be. If you don’t play on the PTR why bother about it?

Blizzard have said they can’t really help with PTR stuff but you can try a ticket. Maybe getting them to remove it and add it again may fix it. reinstalling the PTR might help too.
I have no idea why you just got one. You could try creating another one.
Created an other PTR account and I could login with that on the PTR but I still could not with the other PTR account. I am starting to love the mystery of the ghost PTR account
