GPU Auto Detect problem

I have weird problem with GPU Auto Detect. I have only one GPU (Desktop GTX 1060 3Gb) and when I open the Graphics Card dropdown menu I can see only that one. Still every time when I open the game I get ~25fps until I change the Graphics Card setting manually from Auto Detect to GTX 1060. After that I get steady 60fps. Also I noticed that if I don’t do that change Opulence raid boss will drop me to zero fps (total freeze).

Any idea why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? I need to do that change every time I open my game to get my fps up and it’s getting a little bit frustrating.

I opened a ticket for this earlier and I thought that it was solved but it wasn’t. I’ve tried to re-install the whole game and did a full reset with no luck.

Do you have any iGPU on your system? Looks like something is overriding you GPU pick.

Hey Secatchaa,

Let’s see if re-installing the driver for your graphics card helps out. Before downloading and installing the new driver though, use a Display Driver Uninstaller to fully remove the current graphics driver.

Retest again once done.

I actually have my internal enabled because I have second monitor on it. WoW is opened to my main monitor, though.
