In the quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=90773/meat-my-business#comments the completion text says “You’ve collect all the meat?”, which is present perfect used wrong, it should be “Have you collected the meat?”
At the moment it looks like someone whose mothertongue is not English created this quest.
