This NPC happens to be located at the Argent Dawn camp near the new SL dailies. Well i decided to do this pet quest today but the NPC isn’t there. Am i missing something ? Is it a bug related to the pre launch event ?
I don’t think it’s a bug so much as a different phase for the pre-patch event itself. I could be wrong, but I think you have to look/wait for Zidormi to bring you back to the correct phase you are looking for to be able to find Grand Master Payne.
