I chose Outlaw as my alt so explain it to me please, if I am missing something.
But Grand Melee feels worthless in SL.
Every other Roll The Bones buff is a clear dps increase and changes up the dps output somehow. And then there is Grand Melee… Managing Slice’n’Dice isn’t problematic so the fact that it gives S’n’D duration is worthless. And the leech would’ve been useful if I could trigger it on demand in solo content or when party/raid are dying to mechanics, but I can’t.
Looking up past versions of Roll The Bones, it says Grand Melee would increase attack speed by additional 55%. Now that is good. It would funnel into mastery which would give energy back.
I would say Buried Treasure also needs a small buff, but Grand Melee needs a rework entirely.
Yeah it’s one of the reasons for why i haven’t rushed towards playing outlaw yet… although i’m slowly being coerced to. However, I guess grand melee gives you a sliiiight dps increase since you dont need to use combo point on maintaining slice and dice.
The best one is Broadsides and after that you have True Bearing.
Ruthless precision comes in 3rd and everything else is basically a meme.
You keep Broadsides as a single buff, and you keep True Bearing as a single buff.
Keeping Ruthless as a single buff may be worthwhile in certain AoE situations but outside of that you reroll that the second you can as well.
TBF, they should remove SnD, then remove 2 of the weakest buffs from RtB. 4 potential buffs is more than enough to change up your moment-to-moment gameplay in a meaningful and fun way.
