Graphic Card GTX 1070 vs GTX 1080?

at the person saying go get 2080ti, not onley is that card overpriced becuase of the useless RTX function but also alot of them are having problems like dead on arrival or having alot of artifacting and its best to avoid them atm.

Is there even a game released right now that can fully utilise the 2080ti card?
