Graphic Card GTX 1070 vs GTX 1080?

battlefield 5 when you turn on RTX but then your fps drops to like 40-60 wich makes it completly useless except if you enjoy low fps, better to save money and wait for gtx/rtx 3xxx next year

Fair enough. Is the low fps with RTX on due to bottle-necking of the other hardware available?
