and you do that how when you cant even launch the game before it crashes? -_-

Can you not change settings without running the game?

Edit. I mean can you see the welcome screen? The settings are there!

nope i cant see the welcome screen. it crashes 3 seconds after i click the button from the launcher.

There is config file in WTF folder, just change it in notepad manually and it should work for you if it’s GPU problem. Open it in notepad, click CTRL + F and type direct and click enter it should show you proper line.
