Everytime I log in, I need to watch the cinematic, and everytime my graphics are reset to default. Anyone else with this problem?
I asked question in customer support, a blue post answered but it didnt help and now he didn’t answer so I wanna see if anyone else has the same.
Check if your WTF folder is not “read only”
I had this across 5 accounts. The fix for me was to change the main settings only.
If I changed the Vsync setting it would crash or reset everything.
Do some small changes at a time log into the game, out and repeat until all is how you want it.
I havent changed the Vsync 
I just tried to change enviorment to 10 and it got resetted to 7 again.
I don’t know what this means or how to check, I looked at WTF folder, I see nothing particular there
right click WTF folder > properties and check if Read Only is ticked, if it’s ticket then untick it and click okay
Edit: Also try to run battlenet app as administrator, run wow, change settings and exit game by waiting those 20 seconds after clicking exit, don’t alt +f4.
I know probably not the sollution you seek but if you alt F4 the game doesnt save changes mostly.
Did you alt F4 OR logout+exit?

I tried that, doesnt work. I’ve done a ticket now
It’s a shame, but keep your head up, you are not the only one with this problem, so it’s not strictly on your end
